Just imagine, I am siting next to you in somewhere nice, chatting over a cup of tea. I am here to inspire you and remind you what you already know. Why are you here if I may ask? What it is in your life that you want to achieve? What would that give you that you wouldn’t otherwise have? Whats holding you back from achieving it?
You are here for reason (your reason) and congratulations, you are one of the very few that doesn’t want to settle for anything less than greatness. Maybe you believe in yourself and you have desire to help people and make a difference. And so, not only you want to help those you love but those who you meant to serve. But you also want o serve them at highest level. Isn’t it? What else could it be?
The information I am going to share with you in this post is just like a small drop in the middle of the ocean. Thats right, but don’t underestimate the size of the drop.
I wonder whether you are aware of… Every small step you take, right now, include all the other bigger steps towards your big dream or goal. Just like the ocean if formed of billions and trillions of drops. Getting things done with purpose and getting rid of procrastination, it all starts with one small step. Isn’t it?

Some people waste their lives away and without knowing it. Sadly, for some, its too late because once the time of your life is gone its gone forever, you cannot bring it back. Time cannot be saved. Time can only be spent.
I am just wondering…
Are you a procrastinator? Don’t worry about it if you are, just admit it, you are not alone if you are wondering.
It was a sunny day and not long ago, I awaken up suddenly as if I was dreaming; I wasn’t fully awake, yet not completely asleep. Yet, I discovered a part of me was fully alert and awake and with one question in mind, how can I don’t lie to others? Its just not part of my nature at core of my being. Yet, how can I lie over and over to my own self?
I don’t have enough time! Do you really?
Let me share with you the story in my head…I do it later, tomorrow, I must do it someday, I have to do it, I need to do it, I want to do it, I would like to do it, I decide, choose, go, do, take action later, tomorrow, next week, next month, next year, someday.
I have plenty of time, I don’t have enough time right now, I am afraid of failing, I am afraid of succeeding, its too hard work, I will do it, I don’t like it, its too easy, I don’t know how, I am afraid of it!

What’s the story in your head sounds like?
Forget about all the disempowering stories you make up in your head. Instead remember that awareness is the first step and the key to change to a more empowering story, and mostly important, keep the change!
I felt as, if I suddenly waken up from hypnosis… and so, I decided enough its enough, thats it, no more. Never again! I decided then, NOW is the only time to do it! I realised that this present moment is the time to create the future, because the future doesn’t exist yet, the only things that exists is this present moment. NOW is the time to do, become and create whatever is you desire.

It made me wonder even more…
I let my mind wonder and I silently listened…Is it possible I am not congruent with my own true self? Is it possible I am afraid of something I am not aware of? Is it possible I don’t have integrity to my own true self? Is it possible I don’t have self-discipline? Is it possible I have been lying to my true self? Is it possible I have been doing somebody else’s business rather than mine? Who am I really? Is it possible that part of me knows who I am? Is it possible I am unconsciously fully associated with a false self rather my own being and true self?
How I turned it around, as you are probably aware, questions control your focus and your focus control your thinking. And so I turned my attention inwards and let my mind wonder even more…
I discover that when you ask yourself the right questions, you will get the right answers. Is it not? Equally important, when you change a disempowering belief to an empowering one, you will become empowered to become and achieve greatness. Isn’t it?
” Right now I going to pay attention to my thoughts, and getting in touch with my own feelings and true self! To unleash that healthy and creative part of me, to give me the courage and the strength to forgive and accept what is right, true and what is isn’t. That’s right, allow that creative part of me to find a new healthy way and make a commitment to my own true self, deep at core of my being and no one else, to never lie and let myself down again.”
Sure! Will I do it, I wondered?
I realised I didn’t have integrity for my own self. That’s right, it made me wonder, I asked myself over and over, is it true? Is it really true? Yes, it’s true. I have been lying to my own true self and no one else.
I am a recovering procrastinator. I used to do it perfectly, better still, now I procrastinate better. I crushed it for good, before it crushed and squeezed the life out of me.
Note to self: if I am going to procrastinate, I must do it on low value tasks or anything that doesn’t add value to my personal life or business.
Is procrastination costing you?
Now ask yourself: how much is going to cost me emotionally, psychologically, physically, my health and wellbeing, my relationships, my financial future and my life if I don’t change?
Right now, you fast forward into the future, that’s right, in your mind now imagine you are 85 years old, what home do you live in? Who are you living with? Where are you living? Who do you love? Who loves you? That’s right, now, you are fast forward into the future, you are 85 years old, and now you look back at your current life and REGRET and feel guilty for all the things you didn’t do.
That’s right, the calls you didn’t make because you hesitated, the business deals you missed, the special moments that passed you by, the actions and decisions you didn’t take, you procrastinated, you were afraid, you sat at the edge of the fence and wondered…You procrastinated over and over, most of your life. That’s right, your wasted your precious life away and without knowing it, you waited and waited, how does that make you feel?
Imagine it now!
Now ask yourself: Is it true? Who am I? What am I here for? Who am I going to serve? What’s my purpose? Who I want to become and feel?
New results require new thinking and you know it now!
Just do it, don’t let the story in your head stop you!
You design and create your FUTURE right NOW, tomorrow doesn’t exist yet, the past its over… NOW it’s the only time you have to do, be and become the best you can be!
Take massive action every single day!
Next time you catch yourself procrastinating about a task and wondering what to do next, get right back on track and don’t think about it, just do it! Otherwise you will get lost in thought!
The strategies/tools used:
The 80/20 (Pareto principle)
The 80/20 rule/principle was named after the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto.
Pareto original observation showed that approximately 80% of the land in Italy was owned by 20% of the population; Pareto developed the principle by observing that 20% of the peapods in his garden contained 80% of the peas.
Lets apply it to your business productivity, it woks like this; if you choose a high value daily task = 20% of your important tasks, it will bring you 80% profit or reward to yourself and your business.
YES or NO?
All the decisions are based in these two powerful words that we simple have taken for granted and become an unconscious process.
First, when you direct your focus and attention to YES and NO questions, you will become conscious in this present moment and aware. You will be able to decide right here, right now and consciously.
Second, and mostly important, and as far as procrastination and productivity is concerned, you must learn to say “YES” to whats most important to yourself and your business. That’s right, develop the will power and confidence to say YES to hight value tasks first. Resolve to say YES all day long to 20% of tasks/projects or any activity that adds value to your life at home and at work.
Third, and equally important, learn how to say NO to all time wasters that steal your time and add no value to your life. By now you know which time wasters you should eliminate, don’t you?
Has it ever occurred to you that by simple making a few changes you could get rid of procrastination for good? Has it occurred to you that procrastination, not only is a giant time waster but its also a thief of your time and your life. Think procrastination, think consequences of doing whats important and and what isn’t!
There is no buts…
Can you not get things done today?
If you tell yourself you are going to make that call – Make that call today
If you tell yourself you are going to write a page of your book – Write the page today
If you tell yourself you are going to build your client list – Start build it today
If you tell yourself you are going to do a new business deal – Do it today
If you tell yourself you are lonely – Start to connect with those who matter most, today
If you tell yourself you are unhappy with your current job – Start looking for a new one today
If you tell yourself you are unhappy with your current situation or relationship –
Change the situation, Improve it or remove yourself from it, today is the only time you own
You may already be aware that one of the greatest things about the past, its over, the future doesn’t exist yet, now, this present moment its the only thing you have.
When would now be a good time to stop telling lies and have integrity for your own self?
I am not going to say and tell you what to do because its a decision you have to make for yourself, I can only point you into the truth and right direction. And so, right now, resolve to say YES, to do whats important in your life and eliminate whats not important once and for all.
Maybe you would like to persuade yourself to a new healthy and better way of doing things and make a commitment to do whatever it takes to say YES to what’s important and say NO to what’s NOT important. Period
Now, ask yourself: I choose to say NO to all time wasters that steal my precious time and I will keep them well away from life and my business.
How good you’ll feel knowing that you have made a positive difference in someone else’s life because you eliminated all time wasters from your life. Right now, you know what those time wasters are and no one else. You are the expert of your own life, body and mind and no one knows you better than yourself. Isn’t it?
It’s important to really feel good about yourself and know that you are making the right decision. Is it not? Take responsibility and resolve to take appropriate action to eliminate all time wasters from your life now! Mostly important, take action, “inaction” is procrastinations’s best friend and you know it.
When would now be a good time to eliminate all the time wasters from your life?
Think time wasters, think your precious life! Think consequences for doing it and not doing it!
To clarify, choose to say YES to high value and important tasks first and if you ever procrastinate again decide to procrastinate better, only do it on the things that are NOT important to yourself, your family and your business.

Will I do it?
When you ask “will I” question, It forces the mind to search for a best possible answer and come up with all the reasons why you should and must do it. If you just say, “I will do it” (it’s just a statement) and could be just an “unconscious” decision. Chances are you end up not doing it.
On the other hand, when you ask, “Will I?” It questions the conscious mind, that’s what the conscious mind is for after all. The conscious mind is logical, critical and analyses all the input information with speed and precision. It will command the subconscious mind automatically to go to work and come up with all the best possible reasons why you should do it.
What else could this mean?
It means that it becomes a “conscious” decision with 99% chance of doing it, rather than just guessing or making a subconscious decision.
The SUD scale of 1 to 10 (Mind measurement tool) Subjective Units of Disturbance Scale (SUD). Note: 10 being closer to your goal, and 1 furthest away.
Joseph Wolp developed the SUD-level in 1969. It has been used in cognitive-behavioural treatments for anxiety disorders and for research purposes. Also, widely used throughout the NHS to measure pain and used as a mind measurement tool in alternative therapies and coaching practices.
How does it work?
First, you self assess yourself and find out where you are on the scale. The SUDS may be used as a benchmark for you to evaluate your progress of treatment or goal you are after.
Second, for maximum results, I highly recommend that the next time you find yourself procrastinating, you simple follow the 6 steps bellow to focus you mind and get the things done faster and become more productive.
Now follow the 6 step action plan bellow to procrastinate better and take control of the time of your life and be the best as you can be. Remember, this action plan is just like a small drop in the middle of the ocean…Equally important, you also know that information without action is NOTHING. Undoubtable.

Focus and measure your state of mind right now!
Ask yourself: on a scale of 1 to 10, how much closer will this action take me towards my goal?
Next ask yourself: do I want to do this task? YES or NO?
There is no buts…
Make a commitment now, say to yourself: I will do whatever it takes to say YES to what’s important and say NO to what’s NOT important. Period
To clarify, choose to say YES to high value and important tasks first and if you ever procrastinate again decide to procrastinate better, only on the things that are not important to yourself, your family and your business.

What action I am going to take today? Right now?
What “one” action I will take today that will take me closer to reach my goal?
Ask yourself: what 20% of tasks bring me 80% of the results I am after?

Commit yourself to take massive action!
First, ask yourself: what do I need to START doing to unleash my hearts desire to get what I want?
Let me be your coach for today and remind you what you already know!…Take immediate action? Master my time? Do what is right and not who is right? Congruent? Self discipline? Set achievable goals? Daily priority action plan? Am I going to monitor and evaluate my progress? Am I going to seek professional advice when I need it? Get a coach to show me how to do it better and faster? Am I going to procrastinate better? Taking responsibility for my life, decisions and actions?
Second, what do I need to STOP doing to get what it is I want and desire?
Procrastinating? Lying and deceiving my own self? Mind other peoples business? Blaming others and yourself? Being miserable? Having regrets? living in the past? Living in the future? Being and doing Depression? Putting myself and other down? Worrying about who is right? Doing NOT important and low value tasks?
You are 100% responsible for your own actions; decisions and your life and you know it.
What needs to happen for your to get what it is you desire?
Whats holding you back?
Is it fear? Anxiety? Stuck? Do you procrastinate?
I wonder, are you afraid?
Fear of failing? Fear of succeeding? Fear of something you don’t know yet? Fear of the future?
Have you ever thought?
How much fear has cost you in the past, emotionally? your relationships, Your family? Career? Your health and well-being? Financially?
Worse still, how much fear is going to cost you in the future? Emotionally? Health? Relationships? Career? Financial future, Inner freedom and peace of mind? Imagine it and feel the fear now!
I have a question for you?
Are you sitting at the edge of the fence and wondering? Are you that kind?
Will you live with fear, shame, guilt, regret and wondering what might have been?
Or will you take what you have right now, take action and fast forward, face your worst fear, get on with it and be the best as you can be?
Ask yourself: do I want to do this task? YES or NO?
Will I do this task? YES or NO?
Now ask yourself: what I am willing to give up?
Take massive action!
Schedule it now! If not now when?
Ask yourself: when I am going to do it?
When now would be a good time to get things done?
Set a deadline now: I am going to do it by this date…

Monitor it closely and review step one now!
Now ask yourself:
On a scale of 1 to 10 how much closer will this action take me to the outcome I am after?
You have made a commitment towards reaching your goal and once you scheduled a task, be sure to keep it under the radar at all times.
Review, revise, evaluate and focus your full attention on it until its complete. And equally important, focus on the things that add high value to your life and business.
Do not underestimate this step!
Just do it now!
You will be amazed at the results, you’ll become more effective, procrastinate better and feel good, you will skyrocket your self-esteem and confidence and your earnings potential. You will have more time to spend with your loved ones, be more, do more and become more.
You’ll have more power, more freedom to do and visit places you always dreamed off and never thought possible.
You will lead a fulfilling life with purpose filled with joy and be the best you can be.
